CBSUA, HPWL to forge MOA on peace education programs

Central Bicol State University of Agriculture President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, initiated the Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) Virtual Meeting for possible collaboration and integration of Peace Education in the CBSUA system on 10 December 2020.
CBSUA and HWPL will forge a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to include annual Peace Education Training Program, leadership camps and training, student and teacher exchange programs, and other activities. International agencies and other possible stakeholders shall be accepted in the partnerships. Said activities would help CBSUA students to serve as peace ambassadors not only here in the Philippines but also the world. According to Dr. Naperi, the Gender and Development Office will also be involved, especially in Peace Education and GAD mainstreaming. Once the MOA is set, activities will start as early as January of 2021.
