The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) successfully held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony on October 27, 2025, at the CBSUA Pili Campus. The event formalized the partnership between CBSUA and the Lingap Leads Foundation Inc. to implement a Student Financial Assistance Program, reflecting a shared commitment to enhancing educational access, promoting academic excellence, and empowering financially challenged students to continue their studies.
Representing the Lingap Leads Foundation Inc. were Program Development Officer Mr. Kim Nomel A. Magtibay and Mr. Allain Paulo H. Dizon. Meanwhile, the university was represented by the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Atty. Dominador F. Faurillo, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Melinda Parro-Pan, Pili Campus Administrator, Dr. Allan B. Del Rosario, and University Alumni Office Director, Associate Professor Josephine A. Red, PFT.
The partnership was made possible through the initiatives of the University Alumni Office, which continues to strengthen external linkages and collaborations in support of CBSUA’s institutional goals, particularly in enhancing student welfare and development. Both parties expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting its potential to create meaningful opportunities for student support, foster community involvement, and encourage shared social responsibility.
The ceremony concluded with a photo opportunity and a brief fellowship, symbolizing the shared vision of empowerment and mutual growth between CBSUA and the Lingap Leads Foundation Inc.
