Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi convened with Dr. Liza G. Battad, Executive Director III of the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC), together with Dr. Thelma Saludes, Center Director of DA-PCC at University of the Philippines Los Baรฑos, to discuss the programs and projects of DA-PCC in Region V (Bicol).
Dr. Battad shared the agencyโs key initiatives on carabao breeding and development, strengthening the dairy enterprise, and supporting agripreneurship, while Dr. Saludes presented the ongoing DA-PCC projects in the region.
