CBSUA strengthens international linkage via North Intensive Program in Belgium

As the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) continue to progress and partner with the international schools, another undertaking was granted as its SUC President IV, Dr.
Alberto N. Naperi and University Enviromental Management Office (UEMO) Director, Dr. Aries Ativo attended the Framework Planning of the North Intensive Program on 25 November to 4 December 2019 in Belgium.

Dr. Naperi participated in the development of possible problem cases for the 2020 North IntensiveProgram (NIP) and presented a lecture on Philippine Culture to the students and faculty of Howest University of Applied Science and Vives University of Applied Science. It also highlighted the consultative meetings with various Universities in Belgium; Howest University of Applied Science, Vives University of Applied Science and Ghent University and Organizations such as Inagro, De Locthing, and Frambiosa y Beso. Also in place was the initial inception
meeting with the key officials of Vives University of Applied Science for the hosting of CBSUA to the 2021 South Intensive Program.

The said activity was also an avenue for more activities and programs of CBSUA and Belgium, these include the possible faculty exchange, scholarship and student internship and schedule of planning meeting with the students and coaches that will represent CBSUA for the NIP in February 2020. Also, said university representatives shall prepare the University for hosting the 2021 South Intensive Program (SIP) which will be attended by Belgian and Filipino students and faculty.
