The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), through its Records Management Office, took a significant step toward strengthening institutional records governance with the initiation of the preparation of its Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) during an online consultation with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) on January 8, 2026, conducted via Zoom.
The consultation was conducted with the guidance of NAP resource persons Ms. Ehxia R. Dondonilla, Senior Records Management Analyst, and Mr. Joshua Crespo, Records Management Analyst I, who shared their expertise on the proper development of an RDS. They provided detailed instructions and technical assistance, highlighting the importance of systematic and compliant records management in line with national archival standards and policies.
