The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) officially welcomed Dr. Cherry Love B. Montales as the new Vice President for Business and External Affairs (VPBEA) during the ceremonial turn-over held at the Office of the VPBEA in Pili Campus, on October 20, 2025.
The activity was in accordance with Memorandum No. 10-016, Series of 2025, issued by outgoing Vice President Dr. Cesar Armando S. Camba, Sr., to ensure the smooth transition of office leadership in alignment with the universityโs vision, mission, and goals.
Present during the ceremony were the directors of the different offices under the VPBEA โ Christopher B. Dacer (International Linkages and Special Projects Office), Gladys G. Rosales (University Business Affairs Office), Immaculate E. Falabi (Resource Generation Office), and their respective campus coordinators.
Dr. Montales, who also serves as Director of the International Relations Office, has been instrumental in strengthening CBSUAโs international partnerships, global rankings participation, and quality assurance initiatives.
