The Department of Trade and Industry- Camarines Sur through Negosyo Center Libmanan collaborates with the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Sipocot, College of Industrial Technology in the conduct of Skills Training on Sweet Potato Candy Making on 16 March 2021.
Prof. Erlinda B. Almonte and Prof. Maria Liliosa S. Agor shared their knowledge on how to make an innovative sweet potato candy while Mr. Renie B. Lotino and Ms. J-Layne M. Gariando discussed the proper packaging and labeling of their finished product.
The training aims to give knowledge and skills on processing the abundant supply of sweet potatoes in Barangay San Pedro, Cabusao Camarines Sur.
