City Mayor of Naga, Atty. Nelson Legacion visited the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) on 2 October 2019.
The purpose of his visit is to see the actual prototype model of water hyacinth harvester.
Mayor Legacion is much interested on the utilization of such equipment in harvesting the waterhyacinth that grows in Naga City River.
The said visit will be potential project collaboration between the CBSUA and the City of Naga.
