MOA SIGNED, CBSUA-BISCAST PARTNERSHIP CONTINUES; WEBINAR ON PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS CONDUCTED

Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) and Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) forged continuous linkage thru a Memorandum of Agreement on 5 November 2021.
CBSUA President IV, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and BISCAST President II, Dr. Alex H. Navarroza, represented the institutions together with VPAAs, Dr. Ana E. MiraƱa and Dr. Analyn A. Madrid of CBSUA and BISCAST, respectively.
The said cooperation to commence with engagement in Research, Extension Instruction, and Production initiatives promotes collaborative programs in areas of mutual interest such as faculty and student exchange plan and other academic undertakings. Both universities agreed to abide by Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Advisories on flexible learning to ensure the facility of the delivery system, faculty complement, and student support.
MOA Signing coincided with the Webinar on Productivity Tools in Virtual Learning Environment participated in by the Education students of the two institutions serving as initial activity of the agreement. BISCAST Research, Extension, Production, and Enterprise Development Director, Dr. Milano O. Torres, served as the Resource Speaker.
BISCAST College of Education Dean, Dr. Geraldine C. Alvina and CBSUA College of Development Education Dean, Dr. Raquel M. Reapor, pursued the proceeding.
