Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to promote community development within the buffer zone of the Mount Isarog Natural Park (MINP) was done among the Metropolitan Naga Water District represented by General Manager, Engr. Virgilio B. Luansing I, Office of the 3rd District Representative of Camarines Sur represented by Hon. Gabriel H. Bordado, Department of Agriculture Field Office 5 represented by Regional Executive Director, Hon. Rodel P. Tornilla, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture represented by University President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and the Department of Science and Technology Camarines Sur Science and Technology Science represented by Director Patrocino N. Felizmenio. This aimed to suild up livelihood development of Conservation Farming Communities (CFC).
The representatives signed the MOA on 9 June 2020 at MNWD Naga City.
