On September 15, 2022, the Academic Affairs Cluster in collaboration with Professor Jillian Schleiden conducted a Technical Writing Workshop for the support staff.
The seminar tackled the basics of writing a well-constructed newsletter and the commonly made mistakes that the staff encounter in the process. With the newfound knowledge gained from the workshop, the staff are well equipped to write the quarterly newsletter they are required to prepare.
