HRD spearheads Pre-retirement Seminar

Aimed to help the faculty members and staff in their transition from work to retirement, the Human Resource Development (HRD) headed by Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal conducted an activity titled β€œPre-Retirement Seminar,” on 16 October 2019 at ESD Hall, CBSUA.

Retirement program is among the functions of collaborative nature between the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) and the Human Resource Development (HRD) to extend the necessary assistance to their clients. It will benefit the employees both teaching and non-teaching staff who are close to their retirement and transition period.

It also provided wholesome and healthy tips programs and talks on the benefits and opportunities essential to retirement and instill awareness on all employees especially the senior personnel of the University.

The said activity was participated in by 30 faculty and staff from all CBSUA campuses.
