With its timely payment and consistent posting of employee contributions, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) was recognized as a Top Performing Employer (Government) by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Regional Office V during the 2026 APPLAUSE (Appreciation and Pasasalamat for Partners for Lasting Alliance, Unwavering Support, and Excellence) held today, November 4, in Legazpi City, Albay.
The award acknowledges the University’s compliance with premium remittance requirements, helping ensure that its personnel can access National Health Insurance Program benefits for Calendar Year 2026.
CBSUA President Dr. Ramona Isabel S. Ramirez, accompanied by Vice President for Administration and Finance Atty. Dominador F. Faurillo, received the award on behalf of the University.
Pres. Ramirez expressed her gratitude for the recognition and assured that the University will continue to strengthen its administrative processes and uphold compliance with government requirements, including those set by PhilHealth.
