The Collective Negotiation Agreement referred to as CNA or Agreement, the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines and Executive Order No. 180 dated June 1, 1987, recognize and guarantee, among others, the right of government employees to self- organization and collective negotiations.CBSUA, cognizant of the provision of the 1987 Philippine Constitution and Executive Order No. 180 series of 1987, adheresto its implementation, thus recognizes and supports the right of faculty members to self- organization and collective negotiation.
