SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

The Policy on Equal Employment Opportunities was approved in March 2023. It aims to remove all barriers and discrimination in all human resource actions and employment decision and sustain an efficient and productive workforce where everyone is treated with utmost respect and dignity.
The policy is University-wide and applies to all positions, teaching and non-teaching, and in all employment categories The policy encompasses the Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Publication of Vacancies, Assessment and Examination, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition.
