Building on the successful implementation of Project TOGETHER, a previous collaborative initiative between the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) and the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), the two institutions further strengthened their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Project STRONGER and We Care Together Program at the Alvaro S. Rabina Farmersโ Training Hall on June 24, 2026.
The signing ceremony represents a continuation of the long-standing collaboration between CBSUA and ADRA, expanding their shared commitment to implementing gender-responsive, community-driven, and sustainable development initiatives that create meaningful impact among partner communities.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Glenn E. Redecilla, GAD Director and Program Leader, WE CARE TOGETHER (WTC), Ms. Abigail Guinoo, MSc RAgr, Director of the Extension Services Division; Engr. Dulce Maria Abiagail M. Jastio, Project Leader, GEMS (under WCT Program), from ADRA-Philippines, Ms. Lovely Joy G. Alvar, Project Manager, STRONGER and Ms. Marife Dia, Policy and Advocacy Officer.
As CBSUA and ADRA continue to work hand in hand, the renewed agreement reinforces both institutionsโ dedication to creating lasting partnerships and implementing projects that respond to the evolving needs of communities.
