The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) Alumni Association in cooperation with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs distributed facemasks for the frontliners  donated seven hundred ninety-eight (798) pieces of facemasks distributed to CBSUA frontliners and students to help contain the spread of COVID- 19 on 24 May 2020.

The office initiated this project in response against the spreading of CoronaVirus during the pandemic. With the help from the CBSUA Alumni Members and other private individuals, the said office solicited P15, 960.00 to provide materials for the sewing of the personal protective equipment (PPE) for the residents of the CBSUA community. 

Through the leadership of the University President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, with the help of the administrative and academic officials, ensured the welfare of the community to fight and win against the battle of Covid-19 through strict implementation of health protocols, policies, and guidelines in the University. He also acknowledged the untiring support and financial assistance given by the alumni members and partners of the University to contribute to helping the community amidst the pandemic.
