CBSUA HIGHLIGHTS PROGRAMS, CENTERS TO ASIST; SPARKS COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES

Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) welcomed the Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology (ASIST) as they conducted a benchmarking activity from February 22 to 24, 2023.

The purpose of the visit was to gather insights and learn best practices from CBSUA, which is known for its innovative approaches in education and research.

During the benchmarking activity, the different centers under the Research and Innovation cluster of CBSUA were given the chance to showcase their programs and projects to the ASIST delegation.

Dr. Naperi, the CBSUA President, expressed his hope that the benchmarking activity would lead to more fruitful collaborations between CBSUA and ASIST in the future. He emphasized the importance of learning from each other’s strengths and experiences, and working together towards a common goal of promoting quality education, research, and community service.

CBSUA and ASIST are set to solidify their partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on February 23, 2023. The MOA aims to establish a framework for collaboration between the two institutions.
