Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) Pasacao Campus facilitated the arrival of the South Intensive Program 2023 delegates and initiated the LGU Pasacao International Partnership through a MOA signing ceremony on February 3, 2023 at La Casa Cove Resort, Balogo, Pasacao.
The Memorandum of Agreement for the Sustainable Environmental Advocacy for Community Engagement and Development (SEA for CED) Program was inked by collaborating partners during the event, namely: CBSUA Pres. Alberto N. Naperi; Ms. Lies Verstraete, of VIVES University of Applied Sciences, Belgium; Ms. Sheryl N. San Andres, Project Proponent; Dr. Kristine May C. Regaspi, OIC Campus Administrator Pasacao Campus; Hon. Mayor Jorge R. Bengua, Municipal Mayor of Pasacao; Hon. Angelo L. Remo Jr, Brgy. Captain of Balogo, Pasacao; Mr. Ralph Anthony B. Asinas, of Daruanak Port Services Corp.; Ms. Analyn ParaΓ±al, USA; CGA CDR Noemi San Buenaventura Lanzuela, PCGA 902 Squadron Director; and CGA CDR Manic H. Sumayao, PCGA 902 4th Divison Director, marking a significant milestone in environmental advocacy and community development initiatives.
The delegates are scheduled to stay in Pasacao until February 4, and are poised to engage in a mangrove planting activity.
