On August 11, 2022, the Carmel Agri-learning Farm Inc., located at Binauaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur, through the support of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture and Technical Education, and Skills Development Authority Region V, celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of the 74 Farmer Beneficiaries who have completed the 96 hours of training on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification and Farm Mechanization under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Program.
Present during the event were the TESDA Provincial Director, Mariglo M. Sese, the Former Center Director of DA-ATI, Efren Sabularse, the Acting Municipal Agriculturist of LGU Pili, Arvin Salvino, the CBSUA Extension Services Division representative, Leizl G. Ayala, the Barangay Captain, Hon. Marcel Luscargas, the school administrator/ owner of the Carmel Agri-learning Farm, Inc., Santiago Cervantes, and the co-owner Carmelita Cervantes.
“Head, Heart and Hand o 3H, ito ang lagi natin tatandaan, na sa bawat Pag-iisip at Paggawa samahan nang Pagmamahal. Obligasyon niyo bilang nakapagtapos dito sa training na ito na ibahagi sa kapwa nyo magsasaka kung anu man ang inyong natutunan,” said TESDA Provincial Director Mariglo M. Sese. “A little progress each day adds up to great results” kagaya ng mag-asawang ito nagsimula sa maliit hangang sa naging isang ganap na Learning Site for Agriculture ang kanilang farm,” former DA-ATI Center Director, Efren Sabularse added.
