Luis Magdamit, a 4th-year BSE-English student of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Pasacao Campus, bagged the 3rd spot in the recently concluded 33rd Outstanding Rizal Model Students of the Philippines.
Magdamit received his medal, trophy, and certificate from the prestigious award-giving body on the 30th of December during the commemoration of the 126th year anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal’s Martyrdom at the Knights of Rizal International Headquarters in Port Area, Manila.
