A Memorandum Of Agreement signing ceremony was held between the CBSUA and Archdiocese of Caceres thru St. Raphael Archangel Parish, represented by Archbishop Rolando J. Tria-Tirona and SRAP Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Wilmer Tria) on 29 July 2021 at the St. Raphael Archangel Parish at 8:30 AM.

CBSUA and SRAP agreed to establish a community-centered and church-based agri-ecotourism site in Camarines Sur, empowering the local community to develop an enthusiasm for sustainable agriculture and promote local tourism. The project will be spearheaded by the College of Economics and Management with the collaboration of the following units: College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Office of the Student Affairs and Services, Organic Agriculture Center, and Research Division Unit. The target beneficiaries of the project are the parishioners and the local community.
Present during the MOA Signing Ceremony was the VP for Admin and Finance (representing the University President), Atty Dominador Faurillo, VP for Research and Innovation, Dr. Ramona Isabel Ramirez, Director for Extension, Prof Vladimir Foronda, OSAS Director, Ms. Jill Rodriguez, Dean of CEM, Dr. Gladys Rosales, and OAC Director, Ms. Lily John Casimiro.
