The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture- Environmental Science Society (CBSUA-ESS) together with the CBSUA Resilience Center conducted the 1st quarter Tree Parenting and Nurturing Activity at Sitio Boncao, Brgy. Curry, Pili, Camarines Sur on 6 March 2021.
This climate change mitigation activity promotes awareness on the GreenHouse Gases (ghg) contributors and how can people help in reducing Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions. The activity also served as unwinding from the busy online weekly requirements of the students and professors alike. This mentally, physically, and environment-friendly activity is wished to be conducted quarterly this year.
The Philippine Army, DENR, EMB, and the Metro Naga Water District were the partners of the university.
The University continually calls for individuals and groups to coordinate with the team to facilitate activities which will help save the environment and establish green surrounding that shall be home for the future generation.
