The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) has maintained its strong position among higher education institutions worldwide after placing within the 601–800 bracket in the 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Ratings, and emerging as the 4th highest-ranked university in the Philippines.
The latest ratings reflect the University’s continuing efforts in instruction, research, extension, and innovation aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Among its strongest performances, CBSUA ranked within the 100–200 bracket for SDG 2: Zero Hunger and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, highlighting its contributions to food security, sustainable agriculture, good governance, and community development. The University also placed within the 301–400 bracket for SDG 5: Gender Equality, reflecting its continuing efforts to promote inclusivity and equal opportunities.
The University also posted notable ratings in several SDGs, including:
