The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) shared its best practices in guidance and counseling services with the Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) during a benchmarking visit on July 23, 2026.
The activity included a courtesy call of Joseph Valencia of the DEBESMSCAT Office of Guidance and Services to CBSUA President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, with discussions on the University’s guidance programs, office operations, and student support services.
University officials led by Dr. Melinda P. Parro-Pan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, together with Rose Lynnor Matos, Director for Quality Assurance, and University Guidance Counselors Maria Rosario Garol and Leizle Manacob, welcomed the visiting official and facilitated the benchmarking sessions.
The visit served as a venue for sharing institutional practices that support the delivery of quality guidance services in higher education.
