The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture attended the 2023 Annual General Assembly of the Bikol Foundation for Higher Education with the theme, “Emerging from Pandemic, Looking at the Future” with Comm. Aldrin Darilag as Keynote Speaker and a product exhibit was joined in by the CBSUA-OVPRI, held in Ateneo De Naga University on April 17-18, 2023.
